At the Mobile World Congress 2026, Lenovo officially unveiled the latest refresh of its flagship convertible laptop, the Yoga 9i 2-in-1 Aura Edition (Gen 11). New “Canvas Mode” and Design

The most significant addition to the Gen 11 model is the introduction of Canvas Mode. This functionality is enabled via the bundled Yoga Pen Gen 2 case, which magnetically attaches to the device’s A-cover (the top lid). When the laptop is laid flat on a desk with the case attached, it creates a slight elevation. This incline is specifically designed to provide a more natural angle for digital sketching, drawing, and note-taking.

In addition to this new mode, the device maintains its signature 360-degree hinge, allowing users to switch between Tablet, Tent, Stand, and traditional Laptop configurations.
